Oil Filter Housing to Cylinder Head (3 Bolts)
22Nm or 16.22Ft lb
Oil Pressure Sensor to Oil Filter Housing
20nm + 16° or 14.75ft lb + 16 Degrees
Oil Cooler to Oil Filter Housing (3 Bolts)
19Nm or 14.01Ft lb
Oil Cooler Lines to Oil Thermostat (1 Bolt)
16Nm or 11.80Ft lb
Intake Manifold to Cylinder Head (6 Nuts and 1 Bolt)
Both the Nuts and the Bolt are 15Nm or 11.06Ft lb
Throttle body to Intake Manifold (4 Bolts)
8Nm or 5.90Ft lb
Valve Cover Outer Bolts
8.5Nm or 6.2Ft lb
Start from the middle of the engine and work outward in a crisscross pattern.
Spark Plugs
23nm + 3nm or 16ft lbs + 2.3ft lbs
Wheel Lug Nuts
120 Nm or 88.5 Ft-lb
Tensioner Pulley to Engine Block
40nm or 29.50ft lbs
Idler Pulleys – 38Nm or 28.02ft lbs
Oil Pan to Lower Crank Case
M8x26 – 8NM + 60° or 5.90ft lb + 60°
M8x112 / M8x92- 8Nm + 180° or 5.90ft lb + 180°
Oil Level Sensor to Oil Pan
